The server we are using has a very good record of uptime. Hence you will very rarely not be
able to access our services
It happens that we are on vacation or otherwise unable to access the internet: this does
not prevent you from contacting our members and arranging an exchange. It will only delay all
operations which require a reply from us (an application for a new listing, e.g.)
On the listing application page you will be told if our office is closed for some reason.
You can still submit listings in this case, but processing will only take place after the
indicated deadline
