This service is available to membres only!
By clicking on the contact button on any listing page and then on "Add this listing to my shortlist" you can start a shortlist of listings you like.
Thereafter you can send bulk mail to the listing owners of your shortlist. In fact, "bulk mail" is not quite the correct term, because the mails go
out one by one and you can modify the text in between.
When you start a browser session dealing with the shortlist, you must first enter your email address (which acts as password). A cookie is then set which
lasts for the entire session, so you don't need to identify yourself again during this session. When you leave the session, however, your cookie goes as well,
but not the data in your shortlist which is stored in a database.
The shortlist can be edited. In particular, you can change the order of entries, delete certain entries and add a personal label to each entry. As already mentioned
you can thereafter send "bulk mail" to your list. The text of the mails is not stored in the database, but you receive a mail copy of each mail sent. If you keep
them you have a record of your activities and can re-use the text for further mailings later on by copy-pasting them into the text field.
Remember, submitting a listing and then just wait for what is going to happen will not usually lead to an exchange. You should yourself contact up to 10
listing owners of potential interest to you, because you don't know who will be attracted by your offer.
We wish you as always: happy swapping
