Our home is a large house overlooking a beautiful park and lake. It is just 5 minutes from the city centre and 10 minutes from the beach. We have 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and all modern conveniences. A few photos are attached. No pets please (allergies) and please non-smoking only. A car swap is possible too.

Perth is a beautiful city of around 2 million people on the west coast of Australia and is famous for its beauty, its weather (sunny Mediterranean climate), its many white sandy beaches, its fine wines, the spectacular wildflower season (Sept-October) and the natural wonders that are found nearby (e.g. wave rock and the pinnacles).
