It's on the best place for a very nice holiday, (quiet!), far from the tourism-type studio for two persons. The "House Marathia" is 30m², kitchen with fridge, bath room and 50m² terrace. There is also a radio and the possibility to put a third bed in the room. The house lies in a large 5000m² piece of land which reaches down to the ocean, in a very quiet position, far off the mainstream tourism. At a distance of about 400-600m there are two Greek taverns which are managed by a Greek family and where you can find the Greek nature! The house has got a Greek style. The private beach is quiet and has little stones and sand: distance to the beach about 50 meters. The house "Marathia" offers 2 studios with kitchen, fridge, bathroom, safe and a divan. In addition there is a 50 m² covered terrace for each of the studios. Each studio is arranged for two persons. To continue there is an apartment with 2 bedrooms, a 40 m² living room, a kitchen, bathroom, divan and a 50 m² terrace. All studios as well as the apartment are equipped with radio, Sat-TV, video, DVD, telephone, Internet, webcam.
