We have all the ingredients to enjoy a healthy, stress-free holiday. From July to October is our best time of the year with clear and beautiful days. This X-Large garden apartment is in a unique location with the ocean in front and the river at the back. Double size bedrooms with Queen size beds and 2 bathrooms. Can accommodate up to 5.
No pets. No smoking. Just the 2 of us Greg & Judy we would like to spend some time in Sydney (preferably near the beach). We are flexible with time, 2-3months or longer. Alternative we would like to visit New York later in the year.
This is NOT our first home exchange: we have exchanged before.
