I am a well educated, much travelled, refined and meticulous widow, over 60, American-French-Chinese, formerly of New York city & now retired in Europe. I wish to rent, sublet, or eventually exchange my apartment in Paris for a small studio with minimal cooking facilities in central New York for 6 weeks in Feb-March 2007. I have been coming to New York at that period for years, staying with friends or in hotels. However, for budgetary and personal reasons, I prefer to be independent, although I shall see my friends daily. I have one blind miniature poodle that will need to be with me, her companion will stay with friends in Paris. My dates are not flexible as I need the dry, cold air of the New York winter having lived many years in the great lake regions.
