Screened porch overlooks marsh with beautiful sea birds and some small animals. Green year around with flowering shrubs and coniferous trees, as well as live oak trees. Very friendly people live in this southern city. Great shopping and wonderful restaurants are close by. Several universities are near. Some offer courses to older students. Artists abound here! Symphony, ballet, live theater all near by.
